We are a young company registered in 2004 and inspired by a masterly skill in “webbing of the threads” in accordance with the best tradition of Prato. The company is successfully managed by two dynamic, very young partners coming from the fashion-field.
Over its short life, the company has been continuously gaining visibility and successful acknowledgments thanks to well-constructed, varied collections designed for the European markets.
The company works with a team of designers and technicians extremely
keen for up-to-date and future trends. Cuvè collections are inspired
by works of art, by contemporary fashion and photography. They offer
the market very modern and unique décor solutions. The leitmotifs
in creation of the collection by a pool of designers (architects and
textile engineers) are always inspired by travel themes, everyday life,
comfort and practical use.
The special colour variation is tailored on the domestic market but made
to fit both the European and Extra-European markets. Cuvè has
been always opposing the policy of the many low-end competitors from
Third World countries with low or very low workmanship costs and has
been focusing on a consistently growing penetration of less traditional
markets where Cuvè want to stimulate the demand of medium-high
end customers stressing out the value of each component of the famous
Made in Italy. In fact Cuvè products are conceived, constructed
and created exclusively in Italy.
Natural and high technology collections, floral decorations, geometrical and stylish motifs, pop designs are translated on noble fibres as cotton and flax by webbing the yearns so to enhance the creative value of the weave.
Caring for innovation and full implementation of most actual technologies, Cuvè offers individual customers the challenge of new finishing and customized ennobling.
This year the company will be represented at Scoperta and at the same time at Spazioprogress in Cernobbio during Proposte showing a collection of mainly natural fabrics strictly made in Italy and named “Natural” which is ready a good 2 years in advance of the celebration of natural fibres proposed by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
Cotton, jute wool, silk, flax, coco fibres, hemp are produced all over the world and used for many purposes with textiles being the predominant one.
Cuvè aims at becoming an active party in the general process of reinforcing the demand for natural fibres and consequently help to improve the living conditions of many farmers around the world.
